Article 1: Purpose
The SEAUROND platform is a SaaS service designed for organizations. It monitors potential data leaks linked to their domain names, including exposed credentials identified on Telegram discussion channels, in order to anticipate cybersecurity risks.
Article 2: Acceptance of the GCU
Using SEAUROND implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not accept them, the platform must not be used.
Article 3: Access to the service
Validation of ownership of domain name :
Domain monitoring can only be activated after ownership has been validated. The user must add a specific TXT record to the DNS zone of the relevant domain.
Authorized use
SEAUROND is reserved exclusively for organizations with a valid domain name. Any personal, unlawful or non-compliant use is strictly prohibited.
Article 4: User responsibilities
The user undertakes to use SEAUROND in accordance with applicable law and these Terms and Conditions.
The user is responsible for the monitored domain names and guarantees that they have the rights required to perform this monitoring.
It is forbidden to use SEAUROND for :
- Monitor domains without the owner's authorization.
- Collecting information in order to harm others or exploit data for malicious purposes.
Article 5: Limitation of liability
SEAUROND provides an alerting service based on data available in public discussion channels. The accuracy and completeness of the information provided cannot be guaranteed.
SEAUROND is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from:
- Malicious or inappropriate use of the service.
- A technical failure, interruption or temporary unavailability of the service.
Identifiers (login, first name, last name) and passwords displayed on the platform are partially masked to protect sensitive data. SEAUROND declines all responsibility for any use made of them by the user.
Article 6: Confidentiality and security
The data collected and processed by SEAUROND is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
SEAUROND implements technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and SEAUROND cannot guarantee absolute security.
Article 7: Termination
SEAUROND reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or suspicious behaviour.
Article 8: Intellectual property
All elements of the SEAUROND platform (texts, graphics, software, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of SEAUROND. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Article 9: Modification of the GCU
SEAUROND reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any significant change through a notice published on the platform.
Article 10: Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction lies with the courts governing SEAUROND's registered office.
