The SEAUROND platform is a SaaS service for businesses. It can be used to monitor any data leaks (identifiers) in connection with their domain name, detected on theTelegram, in order to anticipate potential cybersecurity risks.

Article 2: Acceptance of the GCU

Use of SEAUROND implies full acceptance of theof these terms and conditions. If the user does not accept these conditions, he/she must notuse the platform.

Article 3: Access to the service

Validation of ownership of domain name :

The monitoring of a domain name can only be activated after validation of its ownership. The user must add a specific TXT field in theDNS zone of the domain concerned.

Authorized use

SEAUROND is exclusively reserved for companies with a valid domain name. Any use for personal, illegal or unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited. in accordance with these GCU is strictly prohibited.

Article 4: User responsibilities

The user undertakes to use SEAUROND in accordance with current legislation.in force and to the present GCU.

The user is responsible for the monitored domain names and guaranteesthat he has the necessary rights to carry out this surveillance.

It is forbidden to use SEAUROND for :

• Monitor domains without the owner's authorization.
• Collecting information with the aim of harming or exploiting data to malicious purposes.

Article 5: Limitation of liability

SEAUROND fournit un service d’alerte basé sur des données accessibles sur des fils de discussion publics. L’exactitude et l’exhaustivité des informations fournies ne peuvent être garanties.

SEAUROND is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting fromof :

• Malicious or inappropriate use of the service.
• A technical failure, interruption or temporary unavailability of theservice.

The identifiers (login, first name, last name) and passwords displayed on the platforms are partially masked to protect sensitive data. SEAUROND declines all responsibility for their use by user

Article 6: Confidentiality and security

The data collected and processed by SEAUROND is limited to the following necessary to provide the service.

SEAUROND implements technical and organizational measures to to ensure data security. However, no electronic transmission or storage is totally secure, and SEAUROND cannot guarantee absoluteabsolute security.

Article 7: Termination

SEAUROND reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any user in the event of non-compliance with these GCU or behaviour suspicious.

Article 8: Intellectual property

All elements of the SEAUROND platform (text, graphics, software,etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of SEAUROND. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Article 9: Modification of the GCU

SEAUROND reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes by means of a notice published on the platform.

Article 10: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GCU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and to Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the headquarters SEAUROND social.
